459bd Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Platform Use

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 459bd platform — including the website at 459bd.io, any associated mobile interface, and all games, betting markets, and payment services made available through the platform — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 459bd (the "Operator").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 459bd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 459bd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any 459bd content without prior written authorisation from 459bd.

Game content — including graphics, audio, and software — is the property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 459bd for display on the platform. Where a material change is made, 459bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform's notification system or by email to the registered account address. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

459bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player failing to satisfy eligibility requirements.
• A player providing fraudulent, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspicious financial activity triggering a compliance review.
• Any other circumstance where 459bd determines that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

A player may close their account at any time by contacting 459bd customer support. Upon account closure, any available balance (subject to standard verification requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 459bd holds its operating licence as an internationally licensed offshore operator. 459bd operates as an offshore licensed operator and does not hold a licence issued by any Bangladeshi government or regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute between a player and 459bd arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.
